Theresa possesses close to twenty years of experience focused entirely in the health care industry working with clinicians and operations staff. She began her career with us as Director of Human Resources at MiraVista helping to launch the new facility in its first year of operation. Her exceptional performance during this significant period in MiraVista’s development led to her being promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources for both TaraVista and MiraVista. Previously, Theresa was the Human Resource Manager at Trinity Health of New England. Her “HR” acumen is built from a broad base of human resource experience which includes recruitment, employee relations, benefits management and partnering with leadership and department managers to support their teams. Theresa has a particular interest in helping managers facilitate change which is critical in today’s healthcare environment. She is known to our staff as a trusted resource, career development mentor and a regulatory compliance expert.
