“Tina” Fishel is a highly experienced human resource management professional with over 15 years of experience in human services. As the Director of Human Resources (HR) for TaraVista, Tina oversees all aspects of the HR function and employee relations for the organization.
Before joining TaraVista, Tina worked in HR consulting, where she gained a wide range of experiences in the field. Her expertise in HR consulting has been instrumental in shaping the department at TaraVista. Tina oversees all aspects of HR including compensation and benefits management, compliance, employee relations, onboarding, performance management and policy development.
Tina provides consultation and support to employees, helping them to navigate the many challenges of working in a fast-paced and often demanding environment. She also works with managers, providing guidance in areas such as policy and procedure development, compliance, and staff communication. Tina leads our employee engagement committee and has developed meaningful employee engagement opportunities to foster a positive and productive work environment were our staff feel supported, valued, and appreciated.
Tina is a member of the National and New England Chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
